Inviting your team

Add agents, admins, and owners to your Lettr workspace. Choose roles, send invites, and manage seats.

Lettr is built around small support teams. You can add as many teammates as your plan allows — we charge per active seat, so deactivating someone immediately stops billing for that seat at the next cycle.

Roles

  • Owner. Full access including billing, seat count, and danger-zone actions. Usually the founder or operations lead. There is always exactly one owner.
  • Admin. Manages agents, bot configuration, GDPR settings, and integrations. Cannot change billing.
  • Agent. Handles tickets, replies to customers, and uses escalation. The day-to-day support role.

Sending an invite

  1. From the dashboard, open Team (Owner / Admin only).
  2. Click Invite, enter your teammate's email, and choose a role.
  3. They receive a one-click invite email; clicking through prompts them to set a password (or sign in with Google).
  4. Once they sign in, they land in your workspace and can start picking up tickets.

Switching roles

Owners and admins can change a teammate's role from the Team panel. Demoting an admin to agent takes effect immediately on their next page load.

Removing access

From the Team panel, click Deactivate next to any user. Their session ends within seconds; their account history (tickets handled, audit-log entries) is preserved for compliance.

Two-factor authentication

Owners can require 2FA for the whole enterprise from Security. Once enabled, every user is prompted to enrol an authenticator app or passkey on their next sign-in.
