Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Your card is verified at signup but not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Cancel from the Owner dashboard at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period — no early-termination fee.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like through the Stripe billing portal. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
How does seat pricing work?
Starter is one agent seat. AI Agent and Enterprise charge per active human agent — invite or suspend team members and your seat count adjusts automatically.
What if I need a refund?
Email support@4os.ai within 30 days of any charge and we will sort it out. We don’t hold customers hostage.
